How to request deletion
- Send an email to orangewoodinnovations@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Include your full name, the email address and phone number used on your account or orders, and, if possible, a recent order number.
- Send it from the email address linked to your account so that we can verify it is you. We may ask for additional details to confirm your identity.
What happens next
- We will confirm that we have received your request and complete it within a reasonable time.
- Your account and personal data will be deleted or anonymised.
- We may need to keep some information where the law requires it, for example invoices, tax and accounting records, or to resolve disputes and prevent fraud.
- Deleting your data may mean you can no longer track past orders or use your account.
